European legislation on chemicals
ESTENITY is in charge of helping its suppliers and customers comply with the European regulation on chemicals, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) entered into force on June 1st, 2007 (2006/1907/EC).
The objective of this regulation is mainly to improve protection of human health and environment as well as enhance the competitiveness of the chemical industry by encouraging innovation.
ESTENITY is the only representative of KOKYU ALCOHOL KOGYO CO., LTD. to fulfill the REACH obligations of EU importers. ESTENITY registers all necessary substances. We registered our products successfully and we are watching the course of this regulation closely.
